As you arrive to Sundance Lodge, you will be greeted with two large brick and stone columns and proceed through the 16’ solar power ranch gate to the main house. The main house, comprised of 4,400 square feet, includes 4 bedrooms, a large game and entertainment room, a spacious living room, and a kitchen and laundry room equipped with the newest state of the art appliances. As you make your way up the beautiful split cedar stairway, you will enter the spacious game room and hallway that leads to the additional bedrooms.

The eight-foot wrap around porch that encompasses the house ensures that you will have enough room and coverage for a relaxing outside nap or to take in the fresh country air.

The 1,092 square foot air-conditioned garage doubles as a party room and opens up to the pool area through the French doors. Take a dip in the refreshing 20’ by 40’ Karbo pool that has a unique tanning ledge and semi-submerged rocks to make it look as natural as nature. If that doesn’t tickle your fancy, then head over to the private hot tub house for a relaxing soak while enjoying all of the natural surroundings.

And for your four legged friends, the two-story, 1,728 square foot barn will house two horses while keeping you or a guest cozy in the upstairs living quarter. The first floor of the barn features two stalls, a wash bay, and a tack room to store all the necessities and facilitate the day-to-day routine of caring for your horse. The upstairs of the barn is comprised of 864 square feet and is a possible guest quarter for anyone needing a place to stay.
